Submissions are invited for Online Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition 2023 for Students in Classes 8-12 by Ministry of Environment. The last date of submission is August 25, 2023.

About the Competition

National Museum of Natural History in collaboration with Ozone Cell, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) is organizing online national level competition for school students to commemorate 29th World Ozone Day on September 16, 2023 in the following categories:

Poster Making Competition.
Slogan Writing Competition (English or Hindi only).

Eligibility

Students in classes 8 to 12 are eligible to participate.

Awards

The entries received would be evaluated by a panel of judges and winning entries will be finalized from amongst the eligible entries.

There would be prizes in each category as per the following details:

Poster Making	(i) First Prize – Indian Rupees 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) (ii) Second Prize – Indian Rupees 7,000/- (Rupees seven thousand) (iii) Third Prize – Indian Rupees 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) (iv) Three (3) Consolation Prizes – Indian Rupees 2,000/-each (Rupees two thousand)
Slogan writing	(i) First Prize – Indian Rupees 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) (ii) Second Prize – Indian Rupees 3,000/- (Rupees three thousand) (iii) Third Prize – Indian Rupees 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) (iv) Five (5) Consolation Prizes – Indian Rupees 1,000/-each (Rupees one thousand)

In addition, each winning entry will be awarded a memento and certificate.

The prizes will be presented to the winners by the Chief Guest during the World Ozone Day function on 16 September 2023.

Procedure for Submission of Entries

Only one entry per student in each category (poster making and slogan writing) is to be uploaded by the student using the link provided here.
Along with the entry, the recommendation from the school as per format is also to be uploaded.
